Brownie

Brownie was a wild untouched mustang living on a huge property when the caretaker suddenly passed away. The owner of the property sold her and her sister to the kill buyers but they were unable to catch them so the owner was going to shoot them. We were contacted to help, but our Director was in the hospital and their time was short. So she accepted them sight unseen and when she came home from the hospital we realized they were completely untamed and terrified of humans. After gaining their trust we worked solely on human socialization and ground manners. Brownie is one of sweetest horses we have even known and while in a perfect world she would be running free and wild again, here she has a forever home, the complete love and adoration of everyone who ever steps foot on property and will never have to wonder where her next meal will come from.
